How to continue if the process was interrupted and the survey was not sent out?

If you started a 360-degree feedback survey, but discontinued it before sending out the questionnaire, then later there are two ways to resume: 
  1. If you have not yet confirmed your account, please check your mailbox - there should be an email from Upsteem. When you confirm the account through the link given in the email, you can continue sending out the questionnaire from where you left off; 
  2. If your account status is already confirmed, please contact Upsteem.com customer support support@upsteem.com and we'll send you a link to your survey.
